Hell no, that sh*t would never happen, common sense americans would revolt against that immediately even if they like Rush or not. (or whoever else).
My point exactly.
Obama's been accused of destroying free market by advocating a public health care choice. Common sense and real world experience tell us that it'll just increase competition, but will not cause the collapse of insurance companies. We've seen GM, Chrysler and Ford in big trouble, yet there is no government to compete against.
Obama's been accused of "destroying the best health care system in the world". Best health care system in the world? Why are there what? 50 million uninsured? Slovenia has like 99.9% of people insured and we don't pay for any medical procedure and don't have to fight with insurance companies. We go to the doc, they heal us and we go home.
Obama's been accused of destroying the economy and plunging the country into unimaginable debt with the stimulus package, yet we've seen improvements in the economy since that's gone out.
Obama is pretty much blamed for all the debt US has accumulated... as if Bush never existed. Oh... and a reminder... under Clinton, there was no deficit. There was a surplus. So Bush himself piled up all the deficit.
The list goes on and on and on.........
I suppose the reason is that people are scared of change.
